The 49th Annual ANZDATA Report (2026) includes analyses of data to 31st December 2025. For the survey period ending 31-December-2025, all renal units across Australia and New Zealand contributed data to the Registry. This report produces a wide range of statistics relating to incidence, prevalence and outcomes of treatment, of those with end stage kidney failure.This annual report is published in parts and by clinical topic, from the Analysis ANZDATA Database 2025.  For more information relating to reported data, please contact the Registry staff via anzdata@anzdata.org.au

This Report details results from a survey of public Nephrology Units in Australia and New Zealand. It includes workforce structure and staffing (Part 1) and has a special focus on the availability of, barriers to, and policies and practices related to, peritoneal dialysis (PD) (Part 2). The data reported in this Special Report are broad in scope, including all paediatric and over 98% of adult of public Nephrology units in Australia and New Zealand. These data provide important insights into the staffing and workforce structure in adult public Nephrology units bi-nationally.

This information is provided as it is reported to ANZDATA. The reporting arrangements provide additional information to units on quality indicators. Units should use these data to monitor clinical practice and outcomes.

We are pleased to release the first standalone ANZETD Annual Report 2026, which includes analyses of data to 31 December 2025.This marks the first year that the ANZETD Annual Report has been published as a standalone report. In previous years, ANZETD reporting was incorporated within the ANZOD Annual Report.

We are pleased to announce the release of the 2026 ANZOD Annual Report, which reflects data collected up to December 2025. This year's report includes detailed chapters and supplementary tables that outline organ donation and transplantation activity for the year.Throughout 2025, the ANZOD Annual Report underwent a significant review by our working group. This marks the first release of the ANZOD Annual Report in this revised format. The review focused on streamlining chapters to align with current practices, providing a comprehensive view of longitudinal data where applicable, and offering a deeper insight into donor characteristics.We are excited to present this updated report and invite you to explore its findings.
