ANZDATA / ANZSN Special Report: Unit Survey 2024

Overview

This Special Report is a collaboration between the Australia and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant (ANZDATA) Registry and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (ANZSN).

This Special Report details results from a survey of adult and paediatric Nephrology Units in Australia and New Zealand. 
Part 1 details units’ workforce structure and 
Part 2 has a special focus on dialysis capacity 

This report complements existing Registry publications including the ANZDATA and ANZSN Special Report on Haemodialysis Capacity. This is part of an ongoing body of work addressing growing rates of kidney failure and areas of service constraint and shortfall in meeting the needs of the growing number of patients undergoing kidney replacement therapy.
