We are pleased to announce the release of the 2026 ANZOD Annual Report, which reflects data collected up to December 2025. This year's report includes detailed chapters and supplementary tables that outline organ donation and transplantation activity for the year.Throughout 2025, the ANZOD Annual Report underwent a significant review by our working group. This marks the first release of the ANZOD Annual Report in this revised format. The review focused on streamlining chapters to align with current practices, providing a comprehensive view of longitudinal data where applicable, and offering a deeper insight into donor characteristics.We are excited to present this updated report and invite you to explore its findings.

The 1st Annual ANZLKD Report (2025) includes analyses of data to 31st December 2024. For the survey period ending 31-December-2024, all renal units across Australia and New Zealand contributed data to the Registry. This report describes the trends and characteristics in living kidney donation.This annual report is published from the Analysis ANZLKD Database 2024. The 48th Annual ANZDATA Report (2025) includes analyses of data to 31st December 2024. For the survey period ending 31-December-2024, all renal units across Australia and New Zealand contributed data to the Registry.
